"resell"? How can you resell your stuff if you never sold it in the first place? All you did was buy it.

The original seller is the one doing the "resell" if he extracts money, once again, for the object he sold in the first place.

Just think about it. The original seller can extract money every time his product is sold at a garage sale or on Ebay etc. Used articles are sold over and over. Lots of buyer go to places to buy used things to take them to their place to sell them, and that person that buys from them, may have a garage sale and sell it at his place and on and on until it gets sold at the time of a person's death and starts all over again.

The timing of this??? October 29!! When everybody will be focused on the election and nobody will give a fuck about this VERY IMPORTANT RULING that could destroy what's left of the economy!

Reading more into this, the case involves importing goods from outside the US, then reselling them here in the US.

a VOTE for Mitt Romney is a VOTE for Ron Paul...i read where the electoral college has demanded proof from POTUS candidates of their eligibility...they will not cast their vote for another ineligible POTUS.

Romney is not a natural born citizen
Obama is not a citizen...

Therefore, it is a very good possibility that the electoral college will elect Ron Paul, counting all Mitt Romney's votes, and give them to Ron Paul who is still a RNC Candidate.

The beauty of the electoral college is, the two parties do not have access to the names in the college, it's secret; i don't think even other states know who they are other than their own state.

If Ron Paul is elected; you can say adios to the setting justices. You can also say adios to the Federal Reserve Board and a slew of wasteful spending agencies....Ron Paul will trim the government and he will balance the budget...at his age, he has nothing to lose politically; by setting america back on track as a REPUBLIC, and getting rid of acts of congress that go against the US Constitution...i.e. Obamacare, Dodd-Frank, and all other spending out of control acts of congress.

It would stimulate the economy wouldn't it? Shut down ebay and craigslist resales and make people buy newly manufactured stuff.
