Last week I had my annual physical. the doc. spent about half of the time telling me about 5 different vaccines she thought I should have. She is a big pusher for big-pharma. I laughed at her & said no to all of them. the flu shot was one of them. I told her I don't take shots & that's why I'm so healthy. She was not impressed.

It's difficult to find the right doc, but well worth the effort. Try asking at your health food store. There are always pockets of people with all the local info you need.
