Help, please: Question on this weekend's Jewish celebration.
Thanks to all who have helped me in the past as I continue to study the Jewish religion.

Tonight I've been invited (along with other interested Protestants) to a celebration at the local synagogue on some type of celebration of the Torah.

Does anyone know what the actual name of this is so that I can read up on it before I go?

Thanks, buddies.

Hi Miggy, it is the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles.

Sukkot began in the evening of Sunday, 30 September 2012, and ends in the evening of Sunday, 7 October 2012.

God bless you. :)

I believe the celebration is called, "Palestinians Must Die" followed by a closing ceremony where they sing, "How Much For That Shiksa in the Window?"

But I could be wrong. Don't hold me to that. :)

Thank you so much!

I knew someone would come to the rescue!

I really am enjoying my studies and it's kind of hard being back in a small town in Oklahoma where the Jewish population is pretty much non-existent.

In Las Vegas there was a wonderful Messianic service I attended weekly and I miss it.

Again, thank you so that I can prepare before I go.

Have a joyful Sunday!

Great book Miggy on the 'lost' tribes of Israel.

Just scroll down, it is an E-book that really sheds light on things. God bless you.
