I honestly cannot imagine any sort of occupation of the U.S. It would have to be air raids, and whoever would do that would have the U.S. and NATO to fend against. I think those two powers comprise the majority of the world's military force.

Terrorists attacks are possible, but full out war with the U.S. or European countries bodes ill for any who may wish to participate.
