Reincarnation is real so they are going to be born in this wolrd anyway, if they or the Lord chooses.
Still, like I said earlier, there is MILLIONS of children without a family who are in most cases in urgent need of someone RIGHT NOW!
I think people generally breed for selfish reasons.
