I have severe trigger points and an ex dr tried to talk me into getting them. I am so glad I just suffered the pain and refused. Never liked the idea. I know have found a wonderful massage therapist that helps me. It is painful to go through the trigger point therapy but worth it in the end. I feel so bad for all the people that were just trying to get out of pain and now are sick or dead. Horrible
