Yup ! IF the war starts it doesn't really matter how many tanks, armored vehicles and man power Iran has...the US will achieve complete air superiority in a matter of days and afterwards, all those ground vehicles become target practice for the USAF !

After you lose control of the skies and your enemy can track your every movement using satellites, drones, Awacs, etc it's pretty much over for you !

Respectable display, however if Iran is to have any success in fighting Uncle Sam, they're going to need to get medieval and punch below the belt. Say by taking advantage of the wide open southern border and smuggling in a few hundred, or thousand operatives over the course of several months or years leading up to the encounter, but surely they're not smart enough think of such a thing on their own.
