Anyone else having trouble sleeping....There is a disturbance in the force.....

Past month or so, I have felt a very bad disturbance in the force and have been unable to sleep properly or eat much. Past couple of days I actually was able to sleep a full night and eat full meals, but today I cannot sleep again.

There is some incredibly heavy and negative energy in the air. I guess World War 3 is about to start.

I was only able to sleep about 2 hours last night.

I have had trouble sleeping the last week, but I chalk it up to trying to program myself to wake up astrally and have some lucid dreams.

Instead, I just keep waking up all the time...

I've always had some pretty intense dreams, OBE's as a child, and spontaneous lucid dreams at different times in my life. Then for the past year I wasn't able to remember many dreams at all which bothered me because I love dreaming. Then four nights ago, the most intense and bizarre dream I can ever remember having, and since then I've lucid dreamed every night. No problems sleeping, just amazing dreams. Something changed.

I have had a similar problem. And then lastnight bam! I had one of the most lucid dreams I have had in a while. It started out with me in a dark and poverty stricken town. Everyone was running around killing each other. Stabbings, shootings, fighting. I coundn't escape it. And it was so dark. It's as if there was not one light in the whole town. More of a dim moon light. As I was running away from all this crazyness I noticed a faint light peaking over a ridge. So I ran toward the light. When I got to the ridge it just got steeper and steeper and had to fight to get to the top. Then there was this black wall light a fence of some sort. I climbed and climbed and when I got to the top it was one of the most beautiful things I had ever seen. It was like a whole new world made of light and beauty. I remember the warmth it gave me when I reached the top of the fence. I then hopped over the fence and it was like a living in Rome. There was beautiful architecture and fountains everywhere. The light was so golden and warm. I then made my way into one of these beautiful buildings and I was greeted by everyone I had ever cared for in my life. All hugging me and welcoming me. There was so much warmth. And every face was so vivid. From family to friends. All were hugging me and so happy to see me. I was walking around talking to everyone then one of my friends said I was not suppose to be there yet. And I should be careful not to run into myself as this would be a huge problem. Then I remember looking at the mountains with some of my friends and they said I had to go. Then my damn alarm went off! LoL. Now I am not a religous person but I could only describe this place as heaven. It was a great experience and I woke with a smile :) Hope I get one of those again!

I could not even begin to explain my dreams lately.

I haven been attacked in my dreams lattly, that i have been able to defend. Plus other bizzar stuff i dont realy care to mention. But even if you act in love within your dreams, you will find the negative will be subdued by that love projected by you fairly quickly.

When you are in a lucid dream, ask to return there. Ask to be shown anything you want, and it will happen.

Don't you wish you could record your dreams sometimes and go back and watch them? lol I forgot to log in on the above dream. Sorry to hear you are being attacked. But at least you can defend yourself. Care to elaborate any further?

Thanks I will do that. I have never felt like that in any of my dreams. It really was breath taking. :)

I wake up between 3-4 nearly every morning to take a piss...does that count?

I will when i get more time to type it out. It was more like a week long saga that began with the attack and ended with something truly amazing. Sort of like your dream in a way, but it carried on the entire last week.

I haven't had much trouble getting to sleep, but I rarely do. But the DREAMS. Yes for the past 3 days. Weird, long sequence dreams, very long usually multiple dreams back to back that don't end.

not much sleep for two weeks now...even with 3mg Lunesta and a 1m Xanex...maybe 2 or 3 hrs. tops.
