Big congrats on making yourself (more of) a target to your local constabulary.
The way to change things is to DISENGAGE from the system of slavery we find ourselves in, the way to change things is to make it all irrelevant to your daily life. Go through the motions, make yourself out to be a good little citizen, but do what you want regardless. Embrace those parts of our "civilisation" which work for you and forcefully and completely reject those which don't. To do it any other way leads to a life of struggle and turmoil.
By engaging with "them" on their bullshit legalese level you signify your own subjugation and thereby consent to remaining a slave to their construct. Good luck with that - slaves in open rebellion never fare well.
You're no Spartacus OP, but you and the other so-called Freemen out there will no doubt serve your purpose as an example of how not to do it - and that's important.
