I love this! At least he is enjoying the song and feeling the music... it can be quite rejuvenating when you unexpectedly hear a song you love that you haven't heard for a while... I too have found myself singing and moving to music in a store.

Good for him. God knows, being a Cop is stressful, and this little music break probably took some of that stress off.

I live in a city the last 15 years and my observation is that these people can't function in a higher level society. They are extremely tribal.

I took some classes at a local technical school. I could not believe the lack of skills some of my classmates had. I could not even imagine them holding down any sort of job or even being capable of doing the job.

This country can't be successful with this much dead weight, which is growing exponentially.

Why would we let such people run a government? I mean these people did such a bang up job in Africa right?

Wasn't there talk a couple of years ago to clear out Detroit and to make room for development for the wealth. i thought this was on 60 minutes or some kind of show like that. Could be the officials have let the place deteriorate intentionally.
