Yes, Art's retired. His beautiful and sweet wife, Ramona, passed away about 7 years ago. Art then married a 21 year old Filipina girl. He moved to Manila, Philippines to be with her. They have a daughter. Over the last year, Art, his new young wife, and their daughter moved back to Nevada.

Bob Lazar died in a car "accident". He was murdered for knowing too much about Area 51. He was hired to do some reverse engineering work there. He said they showed him some spaceships, and wanted him to figure out how they were made.
