It's almost impossible not to kill civilians if the terror squad firing the rockets sets up camp on the roof of a school...the IDF has to take them out somehow and an airstrike is the only way to do it, cos if they were to do a ground assault, those cowards would hightail it out of there before Israeli troops would reach that place !
