Actually, due to morals, white people, although quite capable, did not kill every single black they found (unlike some other colonizing races, convert to muslim or die). They attempted to 'civilise' them. Of course this was a mistake, and is not possible, but may have a positive effect in the long run on evolution. Yes the colonised countries suffered. Are white people the only ones to have done this? Absolutely not. Every single race is guilty of it. It is a fact of life. However infastructure was built, blacks were educated about the resources lying right under thier feet and how to utilize them, Etc etc. Of course they were not ready for this, and should have been left in thier tribal state.

As for corruption, at this point I believe all our governments are corrupt, or we would have dealt with the soviets like Patton suggested before he 'died', and not let them occupy eastern europe, they also inavaded Poland from the East while Germany attacked from West. Not to mention countless other things everyone is aware of some of them.

As for the Cold War, the only effect colonialism had was setting up pre-existing conditions. Had Africa or South America never been colonized, then USSR and US would have simply killed or enslaved the natives instead of what did happen, was regimes put in place all over the world and civil wars and proxy wars all around the globe.

The post colonial governments were usually overthrown (if the nation was not already in chaos) and replaced with a pro US or USSR dictator or regime.

I don't know what your trying to say, other than that they should have been let alone by US and USSR.
However, due to trade and these countries needing machinery and technology they would have interacted anyways.

What homework is to be done?

We have no obligation to open our borders to refugees, does Japan let in refugees from the countries it invaded during WW2?, or do arabs who enslaved and genocided blacks let refugees in thier countries? Or how about black tribes who slaughtered other black tribes? No. The only consequences we suffer are the result of our corrupt government.

As for gas camps of Hitler and international dislocation, if white countries started killing of coloureds within thier borders and closed thier borders to more coming, who could condemn them without being hypocrites? Africa were they are always killing each other? (liberia, etc), China with thier forced labour camps and colonising and other issues? Or maybe the muslims in Saudi or the Taliban who routinely kill for stupid things? Or south america with its dictators and corrupt governments and all its crime? Very few could unhypocritically criticize white nations for that.

You seem to forget that the Humanitarian international scene is dominated by white countries, and the other countries only speak out to get reparations and handouts or if it suits there interests.

Ahh yes, a return to rational progress!! Were nature and technology are held in balance, and incompatible races do not live side by side causing eternal discord and conflict, were both suffer from it. Of course they can co-operate with each other, but not live together, except certain international places. Clearly the white mans system of governance and the tribalism of Africa do not mix. And Islam also does not mix.
