Joran Van Der Sloot is a habitual liar, and has become almost impossible to defend. However, as someone who has investigated this case from the inside, I can assure you that he is not a killer.

The Natalee Holloway case will never be solved, because of the interference of her family, primarily her mother. Beth Twitty/Holloway has lied more than even Joran, and that's saying a lot. Basically, Natalee wanted to leave home and chose to stay in Aruba, and was shielded by drug dealers. She not only was a heavy drinker, she was a drug addict and quite possibly was pregnant with stepfather Jug's baby at the time of her disappearance.

Natalee was seen by many Arubans for weeks after her disappearance. She came back to the Holiday Inn after being with Joran on the beach, and the original Holiday Inn security cameras showed this. The Twittys apparently had some powerful connections, and a coverup was instituted because the family was more concerned with both Natalee's and their own family reputation than they were about admitting the truth about what happened. Natalee died of a drug overdose weeks after she disappeared, and it may not have been accidental. Part of the reason for the coverup is to protect the most powerful of all the big drug lords on the island, in whose mansion Natalee died.

During my investigation, I managed to locate friends of Natalee, who are still scared to speak, six years later. They are afraid of Beth, who has built a career for herself off of her daughter's death. The media has too much invested in Beth's ridiculous story, and will not under any circumstances admit that Joran is anything but a monster. He was not the last person with Natalee in Aruba, and was set up for the murder in Peru.

FYI, the hotel room where Joran was staying in Aruba had a security camera installed outside it just before he arrived, and it was taken down after he left. He was set up by the FBI, in conjunction with Beth and co. I don't believe the murder of Stephany was ever supposed to happen, but she may have been part of the setup and felt remorse and tipped Joran off, causing her own murder in retaliation. At this time, Joran has been through so much, and was a bit problematic to begin with. I'm not sure even he understands the truth any more, and he certainly loves the limelight.

This case, like so many, has been portrayed inaccurately to the people of the world, by the newspapers, magazines and sensationalist t.v. shows like Nancy Grace. Joran Van Der Sloot is many things, but he is not a killer. Beth Holloway/ Twitty has given so many contradictory statements that she also many not realize the truth any more.

We will never be told the truth about what happened to Natalee or Stephany, but I wanted to let GLPers know the real truth, from someone who has been inside the case.
