That's right, it doesn't matter how much speed Ryan pops before the opening bell because - He is goping DOWN!!!
Biden is a crippler, and although Ryan represents the young, spread-sheet , pivot table toting contingent, Biden's experience alone makes this THING OVER BEFORE IT BEGINS.
