Just to add in the really weird stuff....when I was pregnant with my eldest I saw 11:11 all the time and have continued to do so. I always knew that my youngest would die, didn't know why or how but just knew. I don't understand is probably the best summation.

Blessings to honey...I know about missing ones on the other side...they might not come to you in your dreams as much as we would like but just getting to see them here and there in our dreams is enough...hey they are probably having a great time...and for that I am happy and I know one day I will join them at home

What were the strange things that happened in the first few weeks? I believe they can affect our physical environment minimally. I was never a believer in anything I couldn't see, hear, or feel, but I did get a sign from my mother within 2 days of her passing without any doubt. I am a believer now.

My laptop fired itself up & started playing music that was special to us, the wii remote flew a meter across the floor when a certain song played, light bulbs blew, that's just a few!

My father came to me in dreams, but the Thanksgiving after he died, I saw him sitting at the dining room table while I was fixing dinner. Wasn't thinking about him. I just looked up and there he was. Then just as suddenly he was gone.

My mother, I could feel her. She came to me the night she died. She was standing in the doorway to my bedroom at 3 a.m. I knew what that meant. An hour later the hospital called to say she had passed.

Another GLP user had that experience with the music playing on his wife's computer following the passing of a family member. Song wasn't even saved on the computer hard drive and had special significance to the family.

Thread: Lost my mother 6 months ago, today was her birthday. Out of nowhere my wife’s computer starts playing my mother’s favorite song.
