The California Roll. Chinese food.

Americans, as it always does as the country blessed by God to be the most powerful and greatest nation on earth, have taken the half assed cultural products of other countries, and raised it to the level of perfection, like sushi and Chinese food. American sushi is shit. When you have sashemi done by someone who has trained for more years than you have been alive to perfect it, rather than some yuppie white bitch with chopsticks in her faux dreadlocks, you will know true sushi.
