No it's a female. Males are usually stalky not bulky, and much taller. I think it was just about to start budding.

In this country there would have been a 4:00 AM dynamic entry and any pets would have been shot or stomped to death.

Then the elderly couple would have been cuffed and made to sit on the ground naked outside in freezing weather until they learned a proper attitude toward their betters.

Then all of their property and savings would have been confiscated and they would have been made to pay a huge fine and then spend the rest of their retirement years apart from each other in a maximum security prison.

marijuana is illegal because it and hemp produces federal paper money..paper money is hemp paper..if marijuana was legal their would be thousands of counterfeiters a day, to chase down..this is the only reason its illegal,when and if we go to a cashless system then it will be legal...

Well it was made illegal for political & socioeconomic reasons way back when but it remains illegal today for other reasons.

Also notice the sticks in the ground. It was tied down to bush out. A very well done training job.

Do people who grow shrubs usually tie them down? I would think shrubs in general don't need that done because they are, well, shrubs.

I thought it was originally a Jim Crow law (a bunch of laws aimed at black people after slavery was made illegal to get them into the prisons where..ahem...slavery is still legal). It was mostly blacks that were known as pot smokers back then. Not a clue about why it's illegal outside of America though, unless other countries use their prisoners as slaves as well?
