You meditate? Feeling vibrations usually means your starting to feel your astral body/spirit/soul. But is not limited to your spine and usually has other symptoms as someone above said. Tightness in the head, floaty feelings etc.

OP, I just pondered over similar matter several days already. Except feeling vibrations I often feel waves of frost (?!) flooding my body, sometimes only upper part of head, with simultaneous hair-raising feeling, as if suddenly the hair stood on end. Without any apparent reason. And it is bothering already.
