You meditate? Feeling vibrations usually means your starting to feel your astral body/spirit/soul. But is not limited to your spine and usually has other symptoms as someone above said. Tightness in the head, floaty feelings etc.

Could be chakra/kundalini related, but if its just a feeling in your spine make sure its not medical related first ;)
