Well I have an advice my friend. Buy some pads (I mean pads for the menstrual period) and start wearing it, internal tampons would be a must. Be sure you get caught by your wife while you're wearing/changing your used pad/tampon, she will understand. You also could start taking a piss sitting on the toilet like educated girls do instead of pissing standing up.
