There is no police report available that I can find. I have been calling and they assure me that units are out in undercover vehicles looking for this guy especially around the times when the students are getting on and off the bus however, there seems to be no paper trail.
Quoting: American Trappers, LLC It sounds to me like the gunman himself could be a cop and (some of) the cops know it. Think about it. There is no paper trail for the school bus gunman incident and, as you pointed out, it is the same county where Scott Peterson got away for a long while with the murders he pulled. Could be a possibilty since most cops are lawful serial-killers.
