According to the Bible, women are not to speak in church.

1 Corinthians 14:34-36
Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

He was talking about women in the Corinth assembly being disruptive within the directions of how THEIR GATHERING should be run. We are not under the Law, but the Will Of God written in our hearts. Read the whole thing and quit taking it out of context!

1. I do not see anything prior to this Scripture about the women at Corinth being particularly disruptive.

2. 1 Timothy....which also addresses this general principle.....was written by Paul to Timothy.....and Timothy was involved with a different church, namely the one at Ephesus.

3. Yes....those born again are no longer under the law.

But you still should want to grow in the Lord and follow His commands.....for example....."Be anxious for nothing"....or "Fear Not, for I am with you."
