Like the title say i want to help all the fatass people improve their way of life

- but why are you calling us Fatass ... well beacause you are fat like almost everybody and it must suck being you :) .. no seriously

The goal of this thread is not to give any specific diet or guideline for anyone to grab as everybody is different and so should be your eating habits. I have been a personal trainer all my life and i always liked helping people acheiving physical goals.

Lets remove the junky fatass from the fatass i want to help ...

If you are :

- looking for a prebuild diet
- looking for a magical way to lose weight

then you can leave the thread right away

Let's face it most of you eat a certain way for multiple reason : family, work, dependance, money, health .... name it.
so it is easy to understand that changing your eating habits will have an impact on other side of your life. The key is to find a balance between what you are doing and what should be done ... Once that step is done you can take it to the next level.

Following a pre-build diet like most of the CRAZY STUPID SHIT found on the internet is only going to lead in the wrong direction : health problem, metabolism damage, lack of energy. Same thing if a friend of you did a diet and was sucessfull ... well good for him but in no way does it means that it will work for you/be good for you (everybody is different)

What i am suggesting is a simple Q and A with you about anything nutrition related.

I am willing to build a personal diet for someone if i judge that it is the next step for them but i am convince that 99.9% of you can make serious gain only by balancing what you are currently doing (let's face it if you eat something its because you like it ...) so the best thing you can do for yourself is simply get a better scheduling, balancing and improving on some of your habits.

The goal is not to lose 10 pounds in a weeks but maybe get the chance to learn how you can lose a few pounds per month without going into a coma eating like 1000 calories / day

I am not sure how it will go or if people will be interested but let's see how it goes

My english can sometimes look weird and i am sorry as i am french.

The logic behind any weight gain/loss program is that you need to look at the amount amount of calories in vs the number of calories used. Telling somebody to follow a 2000 calories diet is based on pure guest/estimate of the person metabolism and lifestyle

One thing you have to note is that calories are a measure of energy and not a measure of quantity so saying eating less does not have anything to do with weight gain/loss. It all depends on the amount of calories the type of food you are eating will provide you ... a mars bar will give you pretty much the same amount of calories as eating 3-5 chicken breast ... so the quantity of food is not related at all

Eat better : Agreed

Calories comes from 3 differents sources (protein, carbohydrates and fat) ... it is very true that choosing the sources of your calories will have an impact on your weight

move more : not necessarily

Like i said it is all based on the amount of calories that you give to your body vs the calories that are used. Having a goal of losing weight implies that you will need to either give less calories to your body then he needs or burn more calories that you are actually giving him
Someone who dosent want to move can still lose weight but the input will have to be changed
