Don't believe the American media. Our politicians are bought and paid for by those that wish to keep us in a perpetual state of war. Israel is an ally because they represent a protagonist position in the narrative in the story of spreading democracy. The antagonist of course is the scapegoat, the muzzie muzzie muslims. It's a clever narrative, but it is a false one. We can't fall for it. We have to dig deep and discover that propaganda is just that, a political message used to shift the views of the people in a particular direction so as to control their thoughts towards their sometimes true but usually false position.

I am well aware that most of these sources have recently been posted on GLP. However, I felt that all of them together would give a greater impact and context on the truth that has been hidden from the mainstream press.

Who said muslim countries were a threat?

Terrorists blew up the towers so they invaded and practicly destroyed a muslim country and other mus countries fell with it.

To many people have died in the quest for Bin Laden and now it is all fucked up in the arab world.

Firstly, "muslim countries are a threat," is a common response to why we are at war.

Secondly, I don't know what the hell you're talking about so it's fairly difficult for me to respond. Sorry.

To your last comment, I'll say that it is not all fucked up, yet. They are sorting there political business out in spite of our meddling. More of our meddling will interrupt any positive flow of their decision making. If we interrupt them, we'll have horrendous blowback on our hands.

Anyone who can justify that...well...let me hear it.

Being an American, I notice here on GLP that when one country feels their own country has been misrepresented(I don't know that that is the precise thought process), they will post an opposite position especially in line with peace.

I am a mixed person, German, Scottish, Mexican, Spanish, Irish, Cherokee..so I don't align with a particular nationality. It is easy for me to see the bullshit in races. I, also, follow no religion. I am pantheist and animistic. I believe that everything is God and I believe in a spiritual realm. Difference in belief systems don't factor in to truth for me. I believe that if you believe in one God then it is a valid truth. It's just logic and I can't argue with it.

Logic is the best method to peace, in my opinion.

Why is Iran a threat?
 Quoting: Rebelucio

This is why:

This is a quote from Ayatollah Khomeni (Iran's current Ayatollah's predecessor) made in 1942. It shows the mindset and goals of the ruling clergy in Iran:

“Islam makes it incumbent on all adult males, provided they are not disabled and incapacitated, to prepare themselves for the conquest of [other] countries so that the writ of Islam is obeyed in every country in the world. But those who study Islamic Holy War will understand why Islam wants to conquer the whole world…. Those who know nothing of Islam pretend that Islam counsels against war. Those [who say this] are witless. Islam says Kill all the unbelievers just as they would kill you all! Does this mean that Muslims should sit back until they are devoured by [the unbelievers] Islam says Kill them [the non-Muslims], put them to the sword and scatter [their armies]. Does this mean sitting back until [non-Muslims] overcome us Islam says Kill in the service of Allah those who may want to kill you! Does this mean that we should surrender to the enemy Islam says Whatever good there is exists thanks to the sword and in the shadow of the sword! People cannot be made obedient except with the sword! The sword is the key to Paradise, which can be opened only for Holy Warriors! There are hundreds of other [Koranic] verses and Hadiths [sayings of the Prophet] urging Muslims to value war and to fight. Does all that mean that Islam is a religion that prevents men from waging war I spit upon those foolish souls who make such a claim.”

And some of the things they actually do:

Behind the bombing of the Marine barracks in Bierut.

Allowed their students to attack the US Embassy and hold hostages for more than 400 days.

Attack Israel on almost a daily basis by supplying Hamas and Hezbollah.

etc., etc., etc.

I hear you loud and clear. However, I now understand that I have not made myself clear.

Allow me to pose the question another way.
How is Iran a threat to me or anyone in the United States?

I don't want answers that list blowback from America's actions in the middle east. I want to know how Iran is a threat to the U.S. if we left them alone.

A quote from 1942 will not cut it. In comparison to Iran, we have supplied terrorism a thousand fold more. By your reasoning, America is the threat we should be focusing on.

Now, this is a challenge to all of you who deem Iran a threat: Give me evidence that Iran seeks to harm America that I cannot easily refute with sound logic.
