There are three places in Honduras where the Honduran government has agreed hands off. The idea is with technology the nation state that everyone loves so much are dinosaurs. The 'current' Honduran Gov't. As soon as our economy improves, we will devote resources to incent their Gov't to collect duties. And if they refuse, well, remember Nicaragua? I have no doubt that as soon as they are successful the Honduran government will want a piece of them. Probably their greed will destroy the whole thing. The point, at least to me, is that someday something like this will work. Someday.  For now it requires either an economic or military edge. The only freedom (sic) is living mobile. And then you still pay a crap-load of taxes in fuel. . . . --- We all breathe the same air |
