I take no vaccine, no medicine including antibiotics. I get sick with the stomach flu once in a great while (between 1 to 3 years in between). I get better within 2 days and not even take anything. I really think all these flu vaccines, and antibiotics are over used and shoot your immune system. That's just me though.
