Jesus loved tax agents. One of them, matthew was an apostle. Jesus was always urging people to pay Rome.

kind of Ironic that St. Mark never even
meet Jesus. Mark became a Christian AFTER
Jesus was dead.
Yet he writes his Gospel in the first person
as though he witnessed it.

St. Luke never met Jesus either.
and another question:
How can Matthew write the Lord's Prayer
when ALL the disciples were asleep in
the Garden ?? Nobody was with Jesus
to hear what he did or prayed.
also interesting is this Saul character.
Saul worked as an assassin for Rome
to kill Christians. Then one day beside
the road Saul had a visit from God.
details of this visit differ from his own
books. In one book he claims the people
with him seen the light but did not hear
the voice and in another book, he writes
they heard the voice but did not see the light.
After this incident, Saul becomes Paul.
I smell an infiltration by Rome
to corrupt whatever message a messiah
had left.
