Odd. I've never received a penny of federal money, not even unemployment. But if it makes you feel better, consider it retribution for war crimes against civilians. That's all well documented--civilian population must be broken and all that. As far as I am concerned, you should be forced to support ALL of us. We's broken, we's broken! Only conquered territory the U. S. refused to rebuild. Not really fair.
