OMG That was horrible. That doctor needs to have his medical license removed permanently and he needs to go to jail for murder. The very idea that he yanked the baby apart during delivery.  This happens more than you think especially before modern medicine. Back in the day if shit went wrong and the baby got stuck it would be easy for someone to accidentally pull something that fragile apart in a panic. This is what doctors had medical insurance for anyway. The parents will win a shit ton.
