If we try and spend a $20 bill. They mark it with special pens, hold it to the light, look at it with magnifying glass. But bank loads ATM's with $110,000?
Quoting: Shazball A bank, or any business is only as honest as its employees.. The pens became useless over 40 years ago. All they 'detect' is starch which is present in cheap paper. It is because of them that the number of fake notes in circulation has increased as no-one checks the print for obvious fakes.
