Thank you Mr Wynn.

I bet all the haters on here have never created one job in their lifetime.

Wynn is very much correct in his assesment of other business people. Everyone I know is sitting on their thumbs instead of exapanding and growing cuz Mr. O has created such an atmosphere of class warfare, hate and anger against anyone that does good in this country. O is clueless.

I think the working men and women of the United States are tired of corporation taking and giving back low paying jobs. Mr. Wynn would not have a business if it was not for his employees and patrons. The difference between my great grandfather and Mr. Wynn, is that my great grandfather hotel business in Oklahoma was a success because his employees cared about my great grandfather and my great grandfather cared about his employees. He was proud of every employee, because he knew, they represented him, by the way they did their job. Every bed that was made and room that was cleaned was a reflection on him, and that they made his business a success.

And on the other hand, the employees would not have that job or the patrons the excellent experience of staying at one of Wynn's hotels without Steve Wynn.

Sorry, you are dead wrong on this one. I asked employees at the Wynn before the big hotel/casino went up what it was like to work there, because it was a nice place, and my reply from them was always very positive, no evasive negatives.

At that time he had only that one smaller hotel, and the security man at the gallery told me Steve Wynn knew every employee by name. Of course now with the big Wynn and Encore, this is probably not true. But I think Wynn is more like your great grandfather than the Obamas who reportedly treat their security people like S**T.

Today I still get very positive responses when I talk to the employees, almost always with a personal note. (I am very nosy, and ask people questions when I travel)

Steve Wynn did not start out a big corporation, he started out a bingo parlor owner. He made the corporation with the support of his employees, but none of whom I am sure worked the long hours and weekends that he and his wife did to make their business a success.

And on the other hand, how many of his employees, even the higher paid ones, will strike out on their own with their grubstake and become millionaires?

The thing about envy is it is so dammed stingy with credit where it is due, and spiteful toward those who are successful.

What have YOU done with your legacy from your great grandfather? Do you even own a pizza parlor with a staff of seven paid employees?

IT is so difficult to start a successful business in this repressive, socialist oriented, overtaxed country, and so easy to criticize those self-made successes who managed to overcome the obstacles.

I admire successful people. I admire Steve Wynn. He has created exceedingly beautiful hotels and resorts, and I love staying at them.

You can stay home and grumble, I am headed for the Wynn.
