"Jordan Michael Jeffery Garr, 21, took video of a woman taking her clothes off. He then allegedly told the woman that he would post the video online unless she performed oral sex acts on him and another subject. On May 11, Garr allegedly repeated this pattern, taking a photo of a woman's breast and telling her he would delete it if she brought him sneakers." Via Huffington Post.
