Wow this is realy scary, that realy is the shit that could trigger a war imagine, they shoot down a Russian Passenger Plane cause it did not obey orders.

Have you even read this thread ? It was a Syrian plane in Turkish airspace...the only thing Russian about it was the cargo it was carrying !

What I'm reading is Turkey brought this plane down because they KNEW it had contraband on board. How exactly does one know what is on a civilian plane going from one foreign country to another? Do they have x-ray scanners? Or...was there some sort of a leak of information? Someone in Russia or Syria letting Turkey know some illegal items were on that plane? If so...the question begs...who? Who would've told Turkey about this and enable them to bring down a civilian plane for fear of it helping Syrias administation? I smell a stinky...

Well Turkey does have it's own intelligence services you know...not to mention they could of gotten a hint from the CIA so you shouldn't wonder how Turkey got the information, you should wonder what is Turkey going to do next if more of these planes carrying cargo from Russia enter it's airspace !

Communications Flight Control and Plane

Aside from it not being a Russian plane, which by the way doesn't matter, the pilots first duty is the welfare of their crew and passengers, not some ego or enter into a who has the largest balls contest.

Having worked around such pilots (from all over the world) for the last 30 years, while anecdotal, from my experience they are all pretty similar in that regard.
