Conciousness is that which is handed down and DNA is solely the slider (mutability) of perspective and point.

Handed down, as that conciousness is individuated from greater or whole as projections of like.

In a material sense it is how a single magnet will manipulate any structure added to flow in like direction and then interpolation will occur between disparate fields as subdivided by locale and overall structural makeup.

The only question of any merit is in the sense of this being a creative or destructive force.
