If this story is true, you gotta wonder if growing up with the last name of Vagini turned him into the sick bully he is. The one report said he did this while on the street to a "suspect" and didn't even use a glove! Can you say ewww gross for both his victim and him?? I hope they throw the book at this "cop" and I hope he gets another finger happy guard for his prison cell!! This kind of stuff really pisses me off! Can you say rape by cop???

Here is a fun fact: It is illegal in Wisconsin for a police officer to perform a cavity search, regardless of what probable cause he may have to believe that a suspect is hiding things in his cavities.

Using the excuse you are looking for contraband doesn't change the law. There are other ways that don't involve the penetration of a persons anus with ones finger to detect the presence of contraband, like an x ray for instance. There is simply no excuse for this and anyone who says there is is a sick mother*&&**
For some odd reason police seem to be totally exempt from many laws without any provisions in said law to allow for it.

I'm not sure but I suspect it is done at the station by either the x-ray toilet or a doctor.
