How the FUCK did this take two years to be brought to the Department?????????

IF he was planting evidence, surely the issue should have come up in court in a suppression hearing... And IF he was conducting cavity searches in the field.... I just don't understand how the defendant's attorney would let that go.

I don't know about Wisconsin, but I do know about Body Cavity searches in California. NO ONE EXCEPT A DOCTOR Can perform them. This means, when a suspect is booked into jail, and an intake Deputy even SEES a baggie or some disgusting thing hanging out of someone's asshole, THEY CANNOT REMOVE IT!

So, I say again.... HOW THE FUCK Does this go on?
