People plead guilty to things for many different reasons, not just because they are guilty. This woman was in jail because of a probation violation, which means only that some dumb ass cop said they had probable cause to arrest her. although many people are held initially on these so called "violations" very few are proven and most are released. Once someone is on probation, a different standard applies, no guilt beyond a reasonable doubt needed.

the horrors that take place in female prisons (or any prison for that matter) need to be exposed. Everything from requiring young 18 year girls to strip naked in front of male guards to requiring female inmates to be chained to their bed during child birth take place on an everyday basis. Im not just stating this based on rumor. Have seen it 1st hand.

None of us realize what goes on in prisons. I have a friend who recently was released. I wrote to her while she was in prison. She was in on a drug charge, but she still is my friend.

When people are in prison, they have lost their voice. Guards mess with the women prisoners all the time. What can these women do? Really, what should they do?

The cops and prison guards are becoming murderers, rapists, child molesters and criminals. I don't think we can even protect ourselves from them.

There are millions of people in this country who would have gladly adopted that child.

It is indeed murder and the person who did it should be tried for first degree murder and thrown into an uncaring prison.

True, now every female who messes up should be made pregnant, and then have her baby flushed down the toilet. This is true justice, and I agree with you......

She deserved to lose a child and have it JAMMED and PUSHED down the toilet pipes with a pipe snake? What did the baby do to deserve that? How can you think it is OK to treat an innocent human child literally like a piece of shit, and have jokes that the baby was still moving because that is what they did. Neither did ANYTHING to deserve that. This is NOT on her, she nearly bled to death, lost a baby, and had no chance to bury her child. What on earth happened to cause her to miscarry in the jail in the first place? I hope she sues them and puts that back ass-ward nowhere county in Tennessee into bankruptcy and complete financial ruin and those "guards" get to spend some time on the other side of the bars. That's justice.
