Thanks, I looked and found I do indeed have a box that is marked on this "recall" I just bought it 2 days ago, havn't bought cereal in months and months. Can't believe I finally buy some cereal and now I could be eating METAL? wtf?

I'm going to dump it out and look for these supposed metal fragments. Then demand my money back at the store.

Believe it or not this happens fairly often in grains. Dont ask me how, but my friend who works at a rice mill was just bitching about getting complaints of metal in a batch of their rice again just a few weeks ago

I broke one of my molars in half while eating a bowl of frosted mini wheats a few years ago, I called the company and even sent them in the box of cereal they pretty much told me to fuck off.

I recently purchased a box of life cereal, hope that's ok. Maybe the metal is coming from corroding factory metals, somewhere in the production line?

Unfortunately when most people say "GMO" they mean gene splicing in a lab. But modern wheat is also every bit the frankenfood that Monsanto's junk is, just created by old-school selective breeding techniques. Literally, technically, this is "genetic modification".

Who cares about metals. Tri-sodium-phosphate has been in multi-grain cheerio's for year's.

Damn it, just bought a big 2lb box at COSTCO earlier this week. Was a bummer to throw them out. Money has been extremely tight the last few months.
Told my girlfriend about it. As she wanted to know why I was throwing them out. She ate two bowls Tuesday. I've noticed she has been popping Tums all day. Kinda scary. I fell fine and didn't eat any. But no way to tell, a few of her co workers have been sick sine Sunday.

Wow, this is crazy. The last time I actually ate cereal was over a year ago and today I actually bought frosted mini wheats (which I haven't eaten in say 15 years).
