Agorophobia Cured by Panic Disorder

I've been agorophobic since 2006. That was the same year I discovered GLP, and have been cruising here daily as an AC ever since.

Last week, as per usual, I was sitting in bed on my laptop, when I suffered what I then thought was a heart attack (I'm a healthy, strapping, 27 year old male with no heart problems). Turns out it was a panic attack.

Since then, the attacks have recurred only when I am alone. If someone else is present, the attack cannot happen. So when I feel the slightest hint of panic, I am forced to go out into the world and be around the sheeple, as they put me at ease. I never thought the sheeple could be so helpful. Thank you sheeple.

Not sure what my point is, just thought it was ironic that panic attacks could cure agorophobia, when usually they cause it (if you research them).
