Obama made sure to open a can of worms by not retaliating on Libya.
By not retaliating he basically said "attack our embassies we will not respond by kill you and all your relatives".
Back in the day this was Casus Belli. But UAE knows Obama will not retaliate because he's a weak excuse for a man, have you seen that dork do sports? He's like a girl. :D
Arabs see this and tested him and found him to be a wimp.
