You read reports all the time of them moving equipment around the US (coffins, large containers, trailers etc...)

If something big happens and FEMA is there to help the vast majority that have been effected, you'll know that they knew it was coming.

At first the MSM will report that FEMA has really stepped up its game since Katrina, but eventually people will realize what happened.

Unless they really and truly are spending millions, even billions "just in case". They must be expecting something fairly soon.
