I know Im nitpicking but the choices are limited and not worded well, as in many polls/questionaires.

How about a 3rd option..?

--- Teachers, firefighters, police and other essential services should be de-(government)unionized due to a conflict of interests and the ability to put citizens at risk when they strike.

...or some such.
