It was wintertime. California had an event similar also, first. WW3 broke out as this happened, I believe we thought it was a planned terrorist attack. Soon after the rest of the planet started breaking up. Global catastrophe. The war was ended, needless to say. Ice age followed. Nuclear winter? I did not survive, but my kids did. End of vision
