A huge, softball-size eyeball has washed up on the shores of Pompano Beach, Fla., and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has sent it off for study to identify the mystery creature to which it belongs, the Orlando Sentinel is reporting.

You might be correct about the eye belonging to a Swordfish apparently they can enlarge them to the size of a tennis ball or grapefruit.
