I looked up his name and what a coincidence. I have that book on my shelf because someone gave it to me a while ago but I was never real interested in reading it.

He was screaming "NNOOOOOOOO!" and fighting in his sleep, it took us 30 minutes to wake him up and it scared the crap out of me. He was so scared. My husband held him a long time after that. The next morning he would not tell me, I asked "What did you see when your eyes were closed last night? he said "I don't want to talk". Finally my husband asked him later, and he said "guys". My husband asked "what did the guys look like?" He said "black" (we don't talk about race or color around our kids so I found this word unusual for him) I asked "what did they do to you to make you scream like that?" He said


"They made my eyes closed"


and that was all he would say about it.
We are not in a financial position to take him to a child therapist, so we may struggle with it until he can start talking more about what is causing his anxiety.

I don't often suggest things like this but in this case I am going to.

I would suggest if you are comfortable with it, doing a 'smudging' or ritual cleansing of your home. Sage with is wrapped in bundles is often used and there are many technique you can find online.


I am going with my intuition here, and if your child is not exposed to this type of material, then he sounds like a Sensitive.

It can be very traumatizing for the gifted ones.

That is good to hear. Smudging might not hurt regardless, as entities are attracted to the sensitive ones.

I think your son is most likely psychic. Perhaps a medium. And you can imagine how scary that would be to a small child.

Have you ever noticed anything particular about your son which caused you to feel he may be 'special' in that way?


The 'black ones' he speaks of could be shadow beings and perhaps the were trying to 'close his eyes' because they knew how badly they were scaring him.


My advice for you and your son...

Every human born on this planet are born with spirit guides. Some call them guardian angels. And guard you they do.

You need to speak to your son about his 'guards'. Tell him that he is ALWAYS protected, and if he gets scared to call them to them and they will always come.

His belief in them will strengthen their bond and give the guides greater influence.

I find it a bit ironic that parents will lie to there children about the existence of Santa Clause, then dismiss the very real companions we are all born with.


Know this...the absolute worst thing to do to a psychic child is take them to a psych doc.

They do NOT understand and will label your child with ugly names which will follow them for their lifetime and often force their path.

Not to mention the horrible drugs.


The best thing you could do is attempt to take the scary element away...which will be hard.

For example, when I was a child I would have a 'place I went' when I was really scared...

Carebears, rainbows and clouds. I would focus on it until I was able to get back to sleep.


Teach him calming and meditation techniques. Have him form in his own MIND his ideal SAFE world he can go when really terrified.

Allow him to speak of his experiences with an open heart and mind and attempt to push past preconceived notions you may hold.

You are a very loving mother. You will do just fine.


Once the sensitives are allowed to shine for what they really are, our world will change.

They are the Bridge.

One last piece of advice as I am being compelled to continue here...

Being that your son is Male, he will respond to the 'Warrior' aspect.

His guides are in fact warriors, so this is not a falsehood.


Perhaps introducing him to 'warriors' who fight for 'good' will help him form the concept of his guardians.

Protectors.


Children's imaginations are very vivid, having yet to be dulled by TV and monotonous schooling.


The MORE he BElieves he is protected, the stronger he will become in that regard.

You know, someone asked me once "Are you awake"? And I said "You know, you can wake up and go back to sleep again? Life is one big metaphor." They really did not know what I meant, so I said again, "But, you still have to remain awake until you get tired...being awake costs a lot of energy. But, eventually you will expend it all and go to sleep again."

I think at that point I looked like a nutcase, so I said. "You know, this being a metaphor and all really should not have confused anyone. I've never known where I was in that dream and don't remember anything about the uniforms or anything like that which would place the dream in a certain time or location.

I will say that I visited Gettysburg and had a very weird feeling about the place. Not a bad feeling mind you, just a feeling that I'd been there before.

I've stopped there a couple of times when driving through that area of Pennsylvania and have always felt a strange connection.

Several years ago I was reading a book about past life memories and read a story about a man who visited a battlefield (I think Gettysburg) with his family and when he got to one of the battlefields he had a horrible physical reaction and wasn't able to breath and felt very ill. I believe his family picked up a history book about the area from the gift shop and weeks later he was combing through the book and found a picture of a general or ranking officer who fought in the battle in that area and the man bore a striking resemblance to him. He learned that the man was reportedly shot in the battle and hit in the neck! Apparently the man who was reading the book and had the episode at the battlefield also had a scar or birthmark on his neck and ultimately felt that he may have been that general in a previous lifetime and fought in that war, and that's why he had such a negative reaction when he visited the battlefield.
