Today, Popular Science reported that a scientific team is attempting to determine whether we live in a giant computer simulation. The idea is that computer programs have limiting factors, as opposed to real life which would not be so constrained. If these scientists determine that there are physical limits then they will conclude we are in a simulation.

If we are in a simulation then someone wrote the program. That "someone", by definition, must be God.

I'd like to see and hear all those who don't believe in God when these researchers conclude that we are in fact living in a simulation which only a supreme programmer could have written. Then, I will turn my smirking gaze over to the religious believer's in God and ask them just how it is they intend to live with God in heaven when they are just a computer simulation. This is going to be priceless.
