Re: Anyone been experiencing more headaches than normal?
It wasn't a headache per say but I was experiencing disorientation and a brain fog today. Sometimes I imagine I'm stroking out cuz a certain portion of my scull goes numb, like a pins and needles type effect. Ya know like the sensation of your arm falling asleep.

It can creep me out.

Yes. I am allergic to mold and its mold season where I live. My histamine goes way high--itchy eyes, tight chest, short of breath, itchy all over, irritable and headachey.

What helps is drinking a LOT of plain water, with vitamin C powder and seasalt (1/4 tsp each to a quart of water) in 4 quarts of it so I don't unbalance electrolytes. Also licking sea salt out of my palm will immediately stop a reaction. Clearing histamine like that reduces the bodies need to release adrenaline--which can cause irritability and tiredness. I take a benadryl at bedtime.

If you are already tired, do NOT use more caffeine to pick up. It will dehydrate you further and further stress your adrenals. Caffeine withdrawal is a cause of headaches. It WILL give you some relief from headache in an emergency but don't let it become a vicious cycle.
