Im sorry i have no real answer for you BUT as i was reading this each paragraph described alomost to a tee of what is happening in my life as well...ptsd, spiritual warfare, etc, etc. I just wanna let u know im going through the same shit. I highly doubt its a chip. Mine at least, its just wayyyy to spiritual and powerful with technology that no human will ever be able to acheive.
