Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25444404 I went through this. I am not religious (I am spiritual) and while I do not rule out that 'demons' or low frequency entities can exist, I choose not to give them any of my conscious energy or attention/focus. So when I was going through these experiences I did not think about 'demons' or that I was being attacked or harmed in any way, I simply just acknowledged the experiences as very peculiar, interesting, unusual, and went on about my day. Over time the 'symptoms' subsided and went away and I was left with a new state of conscious awareness. What I'm getting at is this. The more you choose to honor the perspective that you are being attacked, the more you trigger the fear response (of your ego) and the less suited you are to cope with this from a psychological standpoint. Acknowledge the experiences you are going through but don't succumb to fear as you cannot and will not be harmed. Did you check out that link I posted above? A lot of people have gone through this or are going through this process now. Funny story. One of the things I was experiencing was biting sensations on my skin. Felt like I was being bitten by mosquitos/bugs or poked with a needle while I was in bed (mostly). I thought I had bed bugs for the longest time but I never could find any evidence in my bed, nor would I ever find any bite marks on my skin! I would spring up out of bed in the middle of the night with a flashlight looking for evidence of bugs in my bed! Almost went to a dermatologist to get checked out for what I thought could be an invisible parasite on my skin, lol. Glad I didn't do that because the Doctor would have looked at me like I was crazy! I even started to blame my dog at one point, thinking he might have fleas! Poor dog.... Luckily those sensations were part of the symptoms of the process and went away not too long after. Hang in there and remember that you'll be fine!
